The truth about biofuels

It's always amazes me as to how easily the general populace can be swayed. Take the use of biofuels, for instance, and this media onslaught of "global warming".

It takes too much land to plant the vegetation that produce biofuels. Forests have to be burned to acquire the land. When forests are burned, carbon dioxide that's normally removed from the air remains. Per scientists, "We calculate the land needed to grow biofuel crops, for 70-300 years, to compensate for the CO2 emitted in forest destruction".

In order to pump biofuels in your SUV, acres of forests will have to be burned, which will harm the earth more than pumping gasoline.
