Supreme Court Follies

Saw this cartoon today in the Washington Post and thought it rather appropriate... I didn't quite get the decision of the Supreme Court. OK, I understand that limits have to be set for lawsuits and they can't rule on every perceived discrimmination case, but to say the time limit for pay issues is 180 days from the day the company issues the paycheck is definately NOT in the best interest of the workers. This is a pro-GOP court, after all...
