Politically Correct at its best

I thought I had heard it all when suspects in crimes were now being called "persons of interest" (I'm sure that's supposed to sound better), but this is a new one, "overlapping partnerships". Seems my alma mater, UNC has spent a sum for research to determine that 11% of the male population have concurrent sexual partners, thus the cause for a higher rate of HIV in blacks and Hispanics. I guess "overlapping partnerships" is a "nicer" term than "multiple sexual encounters (or whore dogs) if you will. Why spend money to prove what we already know? Another government grant designated to be wasted. Now, what is the solution to the problem, or does our society even see a problem with this behavior?

Looks as though Merrill Lynch is taking it in a huge way. This has been the lowest drop in profits in 93 years. Seems their CEO (who was one of the largest black producers on Wall Street) sold them down the river. The 16,000 brokers were not thrilled with risky products he wanted them to sell, and the mortgage business has taken a tremendous toll on them. They complained he moved away from their core business of trading stocks. He was never a stock-trader anyway, so why was he hired? You can probably guess. He's resigned with a $161 million package. Will you see the relentless charges of corporate corruption from the far left? I doubt it. After all, this is a black guy from Alabama that made his way up the ladder, only to almost ruin one of the largest bastions of financial industries. Now, if he were white, you wouldn't hear the end of it!
