Uh oh, Michael Moore is our hero!

This rehashing of everything conservative is bad is getting old. How many times have I agreed with the Blue Lady on some things. Seems if you aren't lefty all the way, your opinions of different issues don't mean anything. It's all or none. That's what makes it so impossible to talk to liberals. They don't see each topic as an individual topic, it has to be all one-sided. We know that individualism is a "bad" word to the liberal agenda, as it impedes on the "masses" mentality.

Let's discuss this reaction to the one topic that has "Blue" upset, Michael Moore. Everyone does have an opinion, some spin theirs more than others. The difference in Mr. Moore's is he fabricates facts, then tries to convince people they're real. Others that get hit up, and I'm going to take O'Reilly as an example, have facts in which to base opinions on. I'm using O'Reilly because he doesn't take a topic and spin according to what he wants you to believe. Hopefully, people have enough brain power to take what is presented and form their own opinions. He has a staff that does nothing but gather factual information, and if something is disputed, he will check it out himself. I don't believe my definition of a lie coincides with the Blue Lady's. If someone is able to present their opinion as fact, such as Mr. Moore does, then why do facts matter? You may want to read, The Lie That Bush Lied, in today's townhall.com to understand once and for all, he didn't lie. If Bush lied about going to war, then Hitlary, Edwards, Kerry, Biden, Pelosi, etc. all lied, as well. They were all given the same information before voting on what to do, period. BTW, Bush is not my beloved. Just because I don't hate him and blame him for everything that happens in the world doesn't mean I agree with him on everything. This has been spoken numerous times, to obviously deaf ears. As for Rush, Newt, and any others you don't like, what they did were facts, not to be confused with fabrications. I really don't get the relationship when talking about Michael Moore. As for Clinton, I held him at a higher standard, just like you do Bush. If you want to blame Bush for the decisions he's made, then you have to blame Clinton for not taking out bin Laden on the three different occasions he had. They are leaders of the country, and yes, screwing in the Oval office is out of line. But, committing perjury to a Grand Jury is a felony, and jail time should have been served.

Yes, I'm concerned about what's going on in this country in terms of safety. Go to Jihad.com and take a look. These threats are real. If we don't realize it, then those that profess to love this country, though I don't hear much of that, will be destined to lose it. I'm not sure what being concerned about the safety of the country has to do with "rich" people. Sounds like two topics being combined, and I can't figure out what one has to do with the other. I think everyone needs to be concerned about the decline of what's happening here, no matter what their financial status may be.

Yeah, yeah, I've heard the repeated question, what has Bush done for this country? I have a question, what do people want him to do? I have heard of no plans in the other direction. Then again, I don't know of anyone that has had the incidents occur that Bush has since he's been in office. As I've also said in the past, things could definitely been done differently, but do I have the details to determine how? I think not. If you recall, Mr. John Kerry voted down to allow our soliders have what they needed to survive. He voted down everything involving the military on spending. The problems with the military hospitals did not happen over night. Our military, along with the V.A., had been depleted tremendously under the Clinton administration, and that IS a fact. It's a good thing the problems are exposed so they may be corrected.

In terms of helping our troops, I agree. During WWII people sold war bonds and totally supported our military in every way they could. We could do them a favor and pull together to support them vs. the constant administration bashing that comes from the left. Our troops see that every day, as they have access to the media, as well as the enemy. Our own citizens are playing into the hands of the Islamic cult. They are loving the fact that so many hate Bush, our military, and basically our country. If we just "shut up", that would be as effective as anything we could do right now.

In speaking of positives, I don't recall anything being said about the blog I posted regarding the Atlantans pulling together to help the people that survived on the tragic bus accident. BTW, another student died in the hospital. Seems this whole incident was first mentioned under the ranting of Cobb County people not taking MARTA, as if this accident should "serve them right" in being inconvenienced. I just have a feeling that when motorists heard about this, they weren't saying, "we need MARTA now". Hopefully, they were feeling badly about the tragedy that occurred.
